Full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role combines B2B business development, client relationship management, sales execution, marketing support, and service training.
The specialist will promote MAVGRANT’s audit, accounting, and related financial services.
Sales and Client Management
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and manage leads.
- Conduct client meetings and present audit, accounting, and related financial services.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans and prepare proposals.
- Maintain client relationships and coordinate internally to align services with client needs.
Training and Reporting
- Deliver product and service training to clients or internal staff.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reporting and market feedback.
- Support brand visibility through campaigns, networking, and business events.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven sales experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and closing in B2B or professional services.
- Experience in sales management and training.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, basic digital marketing, CRM usage, and campaign support.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
Language and Domain Preferences
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Additional languages commonly used in the UAE are a plus.
- Familiarity with UAE audit, accounting, or financial services is an advantage.
