Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, maintaining client relationships, and supporting growth in the environmental engineering sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Conduct market research, support marketing campaigns, and attend industry events.
- Provide product and service training to clients and internal teams.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and support strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in environmental engineering, water treatment, industrial services, or related technical sectors.
- Strong communication, customer service, sales, sales management, and training skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other regional languages are advantageous.
