Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic, self motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.
  • This is a hybrid role designed for an organized professional who thrives both in a structured office environment and out in the field connecting with clients.
  • In this role, you will split your time between handling essential day to day business operations—specifically managing documentation, inventory, and logistics for our coffee machine division—and driving growth through active B2B marketing and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Operations & Administration: Generate and process professional Invoices and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) accurately.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels for coffee machines, spare parts, and consumables to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding deliveries, order status, and documentation.
  • Maintain clear, organized digital and physical records of all sales and administrative paperwork.
  • Field Marketing & Business Development: Conduct outdoor marketing visits to target clients (cafés, offices, corporate spaces, restaurants, etc.) to introduce our coffee machine solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Identify new market opportunities and follow up on leads to drive equipment sales or leasing agreements.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and explain the value of our machines and services to potential partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in an office administration, sales coordination, or field marketing role (experience in the coffee, F&B, or corporate equipment sector is a strong plus).
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in managing commercial documents (LPOs, Invoices, Delivery Notes).
  • Basic inventory tracking and stock management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, comfortable with a split routine (desk work + field visits), and a results driven mindset.
  • Logistics: Valid driver’s license is highly preferred for outdoor marketing visits.
