We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Representative for OlaMop, our on-demand home cleaning application. You will drive growth, brand awareness, and user acquisition through sales and marketing efforts, building client relationships and executing promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Drive user acquisition and service bookings for the OlaMop home cleaning app through targeted sales efforts and strategic outreach
- Build and nurture strong relationships with individual users, corporate partners, and service providers
- Identify new sales opportunities, partnerships, and promotional channels to expand OlaMop’s market share
- Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and ensure an exceptional user experience on the platform
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Must have own sponsorship (e.g., Spouse visa, Family visa, Freelance visa) with valid documents to work in the UAE
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proven ability in Sales & Marketing, including identifying opportunities, meeting targets, and achieving measurable growth outcomes
- Familiarity with digital tools, social media platforms, and app based ecosystems
- Highly self motivated, goal driven, and capable of working effectively within a dynamic, fast paced team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Role Description
- As a Sales and Marketing Representative for OlaMop, you will be responsible for driving the growth, brand awareness, and user acquisition for our home cleaning application.
- In this role, you will focus heavily on both the sales and marketing functions—building client relationships, identifying B2B and B2C sales opportunities, and executing promotional campaigns to increase app downloads and service bookings.
- This is a full time, on site role based at our Dubai, United Arab Emirates office.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive user acquisition and service bookings for the OlaMop home cleaning app through targeted sales efforts and strategic outreach.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with individual users, corporate partners, and service providers.
- Identify new sales opportunities, partnerships, and promotional channels to expand OlaMop’s market share.
- Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and ensure an exceptional user experience on the platform.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience promoting mobile applications or on demand services is a strong plus).
- Must have own sponsorship (e.g., Spouse visa, Family visa, Freelance visa) with valid documents to work in the UAE.
