- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and work on improvements
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase conversion rates
- Monitor sales team performance and ensure adherence to work plans and procedures
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans and distribute tasks among the team
- Monitor sales reports and analyze performance indicators, proposing developmental solutions
