Manager**, responsible for leading the marketing team, creates departmental sales and marketing strategies, set-up sales plans and customer service for immigration consultancy.
Duties And Responsibilities
1.
Plans proactive strategy for sales lead.
2.
Analyzing the team targets and ensuring that the team meets the monthly quotas and goals.
3.
Introducing and developing marketing plans and opportunities.
4.
Identifying market trends and suggesting system improvement to achieve the marketing goals.
5.
Implementing sales plans.
6.
Coaching and training the marketing staff.
7.
Ensuring to maintain a good relationship with the clients.
8.
Anticipating new marketing opportunities.
9.
Plans strategies to solve departmental issues from time to time.
10.
Carry out daily departmental operational task and coordination to the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
