Role Overview

Sales Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Generate leads and acquire clients for facility management services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Research market opportunities and competitor activity.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing and contract signing.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and manage online and offline marketing plans.
• Manage social media pages, the company website, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Create brochures, company profiles, marketing materials, and promotional content.
• Organize exhibitions, events, and networking activities.
• Increase brand awareness and strengthen the company image in Qatar.

Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• At least 3 to 5 years of proven sales and marketing management experience in a Qatar facility management, cleaning, security, or MEP company is mandatory.
• A strong Qatar client network and excellent knowledge of the Qatar facility management market are required.
• A proven record of achieving sales targets is required.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• An MBA is a plus.
• Arabic or Hindi language skills are a plus.
• A valid Qatar driving license is advantageous.

Compensation

• Pay starts at QAR 3,000 per month, with commission and incentives.

Workplace

• The role involves working on the road in Qatar.
