Role Overview
Grand Regal Hotel is seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager.
The role focuses on increasing hotel revenue, developing business opportunities, and strengthening market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate new business and maintain client relationships.
- Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, events, and other hotel services.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Manage corporate accounts and business partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of the local hospitality market is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License is required.
Compensation
- Pay starts at QAR 4,000 per month.
