Role Description

  • Support RigAI’s growth by assisting with lead generation, prospect outreach, and sales pipeline tracking for SynSok and related products.
  • Research potential hospitality and enterprise clients.
  • Prepare sales presentations.
  • Draft marketing content for digital channels.
  • Help coordinate product demos and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather customer feedback.
  • Contribute to training materials for clients.
  • Support campaign execution and performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Sales and Sales Management aptitude, including interest in lead generation, pipeline support, and basic sales reporting.
  • Training related capabilities, such as assisting in preparing client onboarding materials and supporting product walkthroughs.
  • Interest in marketing activities, including content support, social media coordination, and campaign assistance.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Comfort with digital tools and CRM or sales platforms; familiarity with AI or SaaS products is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on site environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional language skills and regional knowledge of the Dubai or GCC hospitality market are beneficial.
