Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by engaging with prospective clients, presenting property options, and assisting in follow ups and lead management
- Conduct market research on Dubai real estate trends
- Prepare marketing materials, update listings, and contribute to online and offline promotional activities
- Support customer inquiries, coordinate site visits, and maintain accurate records of interactions
- Help refine sales pitches, participate in training sessions, and contribute ideas to improve client engagement and brand visibility
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Foundational Sales skills with interest in Sales Management
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs
- Basic understanding or interest in real estate markets, especially in Dubai
- Proficiency in common office and digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software)
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in Dubai is a plus

Role Description
- The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
- The intern will support the sales team by engaging with prospective clients, presenting property options, and assisting in follow ups and lead management.
- Daily tasks include conducting market research on Dubai real estate trends, preparing marketing materials, updating listings, and contributing to online and offline promotional activities.
- Also involves supporting customer inquiries, coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the company’s systems.
- Under guidance from senior team members, the intern will help refine sales pitches, participate in training sessions, and contribute ideas to improve overall client engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Foundational Sales skills with interest in Sales Management and a willingness to learn structured sales processes.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs, with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Basic understanding or interest in real estate markets, especially in Dubai and other metro city investment destinations.
- Proficiency in common office and digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, client focused environment.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in Dubai is a plus.
