Sales and Marketing -Interior Decor

Job Description

• Identify new business opportunities in the interior décor and fit-out market.
• Meet clients to understand requirements and present suitable design/fit-out solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Manage social media and marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in **sales & marketing within the interior décor / fit-out / construction industry**.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of interior design materials, products, and solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
