- Consult with clients and recommend/sell premium hair care products to meet monthly sales targets
- Manage customer database using WhatsApp and SMS marketing, follow up to encourage rebookings, and manage online reviews
- Monitor marketing and sales data to increase average client spend per visit
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or digital marketing
- Proficient in smartphone and camera video editing tools
- Fully fluent in English

About the Role
- We Soft Hair Ladies Saloon, a vibrant and growing salon located in the community of Azizi Riviera, is looking for a talented, driven Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our salon family.
What You Will Do With Us
- Manage Our Social Media: plan, shoot, and edit high quality content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Before/After transformations)
- Run Local Promotions: develop and execute creative marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and neighborhood partnerships
- Drive In Salon Sales: consult with clients and recommend/sell premium hair care products to meet monthly sales targets
- Keep Our Clients Happy: manage customer database using WhatsApp and SMS marketing, follow up to encourage rebookings, and manage online reviews
- Track Our Success: monitor marketing and sales data to increase average client spend per visit
Who We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or digital marketing (ladies' salon, hospitality, or luxury retail experience is a bonus)
- Proficient in smartphone and camera video editing tools; know what works on social media
- High energy, excellent presentation, and warm, focused personality
- Fully fluent in English; additional languages are a benefit
