Duties And Responsibilities
o Keeping Track on Vendor Marketing funds
o EMWmeWebsite (Management)
o EMWmeCollateral
O Events And Seminars Management
o Customers PRs/CS, Registrations and Surveys
o Customers Requests Routing to right department
o Designing EMWmeGraphics/Artworks
o Marketing campaigns / email blasts / Social Media Expert
o Award Nominations
O Social Media Management
o Giveaways
o Season greetings to database
o Managing EMWme database
o Channel and Marketing program
o Rebate and Incentive Plans
o Track on partnership level
o Keeping track on technical/sales Certifications
o Employee training management
O Employee Partner Portal Registrations
o Must have min 3 years in Sales process using Zoho CRM experience
O Rfx Compliance & Submittal
o Zoho.com Administration
o Sales offers follow-up
O Sales Meeting Minutes
o Customer correspondence
o Customer training management
o Taking Sales phone enquiries if required
o Assistance in Trade Licenses Renewals
o Setting up C-Level Meetings
o Updating and Tracking Agreements/legal documents with Legal Department
O Sales Meeting Minutes
o Ad Hoc work as and when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus
- 5+ years in a Zoho CRM Marketing and Sales role
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and represent EMWme with utmost professionalism
- This position requires product line planning experience and a breadth of knowledge in ICT
- Experience with Hospitality
- Superior communications, presentation, and customer interface skills
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle pressure
- Reports to Operations Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
