Role Overview
Support the hotel’s sales and marketing department by coordinating daily activities and helping drive business growth.
Work with the wider sales team in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment requiring organization, attention to detail, and effective task management.
Sales and Client Support
- Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence, sales materials, and promotional content, and coordinate client bookings.
- Respond to sales inquiries as a primary contact while providing timely service to clients and guests.
- Schedule meetings, site inspections, and event bookings for corporate clients, groups, and individual guests.
Marketing and Tracking
- Update the hotel website and Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms with engaging, on-brand content.
- Assist with creative online and offline marketing campaigns and track inquiries and bookings from both channels.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a sales and marketing support or coordinator role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, guests, and internal teams.
