• **Sales and Logistics Administrator****Location:** Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• **Hybrid****Purpose of Role:** *T**his role sits at the heart of ESCO’s commercial operations in the Middle East and South Asia.
• You will be the central point of coordination across sales administration, logistics, and customer support, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

• **Key Responsibilities:*** Act as the primary interface for customers, supporting order processing, product availability, pricing queries, and shipment updates
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with 3PL providers and/or warehouse partners
• Support sales operations including invoicing, documentation, and liaison with accounting teams
• Manage inventory levels in collaboration with sales teams and regional supply chain

• **Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications*** Experience in sales administration, logistics, supply chain, or customer service support
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
