Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of real estate sales experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with Qatari real estate laws and market trends.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
  • Real Estate License from the Ministry of Justice

Responsibilities

  • Source and list third-party properties, including apartments, villas, land, and commercial spaces.
  • Coordinate with marketing to promote listings on digital and traditional platforms.
  • Manage property viewings and host open houses.
  • Negotiate and close property sales between buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain up-to-date property records and sales reports.
  • Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
