Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and pricing for logistics services
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to support conversion into business
- Coordinate onboarding of new clients, including documentation and system setup
- Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution
- Provide timely updates on shipment status, delays, and service changes
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Build and maintain strong, long term customer relationships
- Liaise with operations, transport, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Coordinate bookings, documentation, and delivery schedules
- Ensure accuracy of shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork where applicable
Requirements
- Experience in sales support or customer service in logistics
- Ability to prepare quotations and pricing for logistics services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
