Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and hospitality groups
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, and expand the company’s presence in relevant markets
- Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and industry events
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or similar role
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
- Proficiency in relationship management, client communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategic plans
- Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations, with solid negotiation skills
- Comfort with using CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., MS Office)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional regional languages are a plus
- Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in hotel amenities, hospitality supplies, FMCG, trading, or B2B sales is preferred
