About the Role
Tanfeez Design & Contracting is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities in construction and fit-out, build client relationships, and expand market presence in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the construction and fit out sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, and project managers
- Arrange and attend client meetings and presentations
- Generate qualified leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Follow up on tender opportunities, RFQs, and project inquiries
- Coordinate with technical and estimating teams during proposal preparation
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and business opportunities
- Achieve agreed business development and sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, sales, client relations, construction, fit out, real estate, or related industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities
- Self motivated, organized, and target oriented
- Existing network within the Saudi market is a strong advantage
- Valid driving license is preferred
