Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective employers across the UAE and GCC for recruitment services
- Generate new recruitment, outsourcing, and HR consultancy opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations
- Develop a strong pipeline of corporate clients needing RPO, Overseas Manpower, Contract Staffing, or HR consultancy
- Manage end to end business development activities from prospecting to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal HR & Recruitment team to understand service capacities
- Build and maintain long term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain records of business activities through CRM and prepare periodic reports

Role Summary
- The Business Development Officer (BDO) – Manpower Recruitment Services will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new B2B business opportunities for HR consultancy and recruitment solutions in the UAE and Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective employers across the UAE and GCC.
- Generate new recruitment, outsourcing, and HR consultancy opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations.
- Develop a strong pipeline of corporate clients needing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Overseas Manpower, Contract Staffing, or HR consultancy services.
- Present HR solutions professionally to prospects.
- Manage end to end business development activities — prospecting, proposal development, client negotiations, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal HR & Recruitment team to understand service capacities.
- Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
