Responsibilities
- Promote and sell biomedical equipment and healthcare technology solutions to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare providers
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers, explaining features, benefits, and clinical applications of medical devices
- Provide technical support and consultation to clients before, during, and after the sales process
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and decision makers
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in accordance with customer requirements and company policies
- Install, test, and commission biomedical equipment, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with manufacturer specifications
- Train healthcare staff and end users on the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities, working closely with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment reliability
