Job Requirements

• Responsibilities Include but not limited to: • Identify FlexPod orders in the system and flag the orders as FlexPod in the CE-SOA tool • Responsible for closing the quarter from sales crediting perspective • Support the FY transition and ensure successful delivery of the project . • Manage the different sales crediting activity and assist/lead different sales operations projects • Drive innovation with a focus on automation and operational efficiency • Support the Sales Management for their coverage areas , account mapping and cleaning of the data • Communicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc, to groups within the sales and sales operations groups. • Support the field teams during the shutdown period
• Additional, periodic responsibilities may include, but not limited to, the following: • Work closely with Field Operations to identify and implement process improvements related to internal and cross-functional processes. • Engage in upcoming projects, related to the Sales Operations & Enablement .
• Skills and Competencies • 7+ years of experience in business operations, finance or consulting • Experience of supporting the Sales management in business operations role • Deep understanding of sales processes in a business to business environment • Ability to influence without authority with strong analytical skills • Advance knowledge of MS Office (Excel , PowerPoint) , Tableau , SQL etc • Proficiency in using sales related tools (e.g. CRM, Sales Performance Management) • Agile self-starter with high levels of integrity and work ethics
