Responsibilities
- Handle clients for key residential projects
- Attend meetings and business interactions with prospective clients
- Maintain quality of services and experience as expected from the brand
- Conduct closing meetings with prospects to close sales
- Promote new launches and drive sales goals to achieve broader business targets
- Understand and share market insights and buyer preferences
- Handle customer queries for better customer relationships
- Identify prospective clients and generate referral business from existing customers
- Interact with clients and channel partners regularly to address requirements and resolve issues
- Identify and network with financially strong advisers and alternate channel networks
- Organize promotional activities with the Marketing Team to generate new leads
- Participate in launching projects and driving sales numbers
Requirements
- 7 8 years of experience in Real Estate / Financial Products
- Graduate in Humanities / Communication / Science / Technology / BBA / MBA / Commerce from Tier 1 Institutions
- Must be under 26 years
- Passionate about driving big ticket luxury residential and commercial sales
- Articulate, well groomed, from a formal institutional sales background
- Self starter capable of managing prospects and taking them to closures

Job Overview
- Dubai Location (Dubai real estate experience) / Pune Location (Pune real estate experience – Commercial and residential, either)
Key Responsibilities
- Handling clients for key residential projects
- Attending meetings and business interactions with prospective clients
- Maintaining the quality of services and experience as expected from the brand, and closing transactions with clear understanding of the market
- Conducting closing meeting with prospects to close the sales
- Promoting new launches and driving sales goals in order to achieve broader business targets
- Understanding and sharing market insights and buyer preferences to help achieve velocity and volumes
Relationship Management
- Handling customer queries for better customer relationships
- Identifying prospective clients and generating referral business from the existing customers to achieve business goals
- Interacting with the client and channel partners on a regular basis addressing their requirements and resolving issues if any
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable adviser and alternate channel networks
- Driving sales through various dealer networks
Activations Management
- Organizing various promotional activities with the Marketing Team to generate new leads
- Active participation in launching of various projects and driving sales numbers
- Conducting and participating in local exhibitions and initiatives for promoting the portfolio
- Proper coordination and collaboration with colleagues and the other departments
- Managing GREs to ensure correct data inputs and timely reporting of visits and booking data
Preferred Candidate Profile / Qualifications
- 7–8 years of experience in Real Estate / Financial Products
- Graduate in Humanities / Communication / Science / Technology / BBA / MBA / Commerce from Tier 1 Institutions
