Responsibilities
- Close qualified leads through phone based sales conversations
- Review clients' financial situations to assess eligibility for loan alternatives or debt settlement
- Educate clients on creditworthiness, explain loan denial reasons, and present debt settlement as a solution
- Address client concerns about costs, risks, legal implications, and the debt settlement process
- Confirm enrollment details, payment plans, and banking information
- Follow up with leads and clients via outbound calls, SMS, and email
- Track and maintain KPIs such as lead conversion rate, enrollment rate, objection handling success, and document accuracy
Requirements
- Native level fluency in English
- Ability to work US business hours (night shift) from Dubai office
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with sales processes, CRM tools, and outbound sales communication
- Ability to analyze client financial data and prepare tailored program proposals

Job Objectives
- The Account Manager is responsible for guiding clients through the debt settlement process, offering tailored financial solutions based on their financial situation.
- This role includes client qualification, explaining program options, handling objections, and finalizing enrollments.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Client Consultation & Qualification: Review clients' financial situations to assess eligibility for loan alternatives or debt settlement.
- Client Proposal & Program Pitching: Educate clients on creditworthiness, explain loan denial reasons, and present debt settlement as a solution.
- Objection Handling & Overcoming Barriers: Address client concerns about costs, risks, legal implications, and the debt settlement process.
- Enrollment Process & Documentation: Confirm enrollment details, payment plans, and banking information.
- Outbound & Inbound Communication: Follow up with leads and clients via outbound calls, SMS, and email.
- Performance Monitoring & Compliance: Track and maintain KPIs such as lead conversion rate, enrollment rate, objection handling success, and document accuracy.
Core Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Native level fluency in English.
- US Shift Alignment: Ability to work US business hours (night shift) from our Dubai office.

Preferred Qualifications
- US Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the US credit system or financial services is a significant advantage.
