Company Overview

  • Fast growing company in Business Bay, Dubai, specialising in sale, hosting, and worldwide delivery of high end cryptocurrency mining equipment.
  • Recently expanded into AI and GPU server hardware (NVIDIA based systems for AI/ML workloads).

Job Summary

  • Looking for a motivated Telesales Representative with hands on experience in cryptocurrency mining.
  • Handle daily inbound leads, provide expert guidance on miner selection and hosting, and close high value deals.
  • Increasingly, inbound leads include AI and GPU server requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to hot inbound leads via PHONE, WhatsApp, email, and website chat.
  • Qualify prospects and guide them to the right ASIC miner or hosted mining service.
  • Explain mining profitability, TH/s, hosting terms, power cost per kWh, and coin specific ROI.
  • Finalise sales and coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth delivery, hosting setup, or direct shipping.
  • Maintain CRM records with deal status, quotes, and follow up activity.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Field inbound enquiries for pre built AI and GPU servers (NVIDIA H100/H200, RTX 6000 Ada, etc.) and qualify customer use cases.
  • Coordinate quotes, lead times, and build or direct shipping logistics with suppliers and operations.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary of at least AED 6,000/month depends on experience.
  • 1% commission on every sale (uncapped, paid on total deal size).

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or direct B2C/B2B sales.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus).
  • Hands on experience with cryptocurrency mining (ASIC devices, cloud mining, or hosting platforms).
  • Ability to confidently explain TH/s, power cost per kWh, profitability, and coin volatility.
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Highly organised, self motivated, and comfortable working on site in a competitive environment.
  • Experience selling or advising on AI/GPU servers or high end NVIDIA hardware (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with GPU server fundamentals: VRAM, CPU platforms, ECC RAM, NVMe storage, power and cooling, and Linux (advantageous).

Job Type

  • Full time, Permanent.
  • On site only, no remote options.

Pay

  • AED 6,000.00 AED 7,500.00 per month.
