Responsibilities
- Convert high quality inbound leads into successful property transactions
- Conduct property viewings and build lasting client relationships
- Negotiate offers and close deals with confidence
- Leverage marketing resources and premium property portals to maximize exposure
- Stay informed on Dubai's dynamic real estate market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and end users
- Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends
- Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events
- Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking

Requirements
- Proven off plan sales experience in Dubai

Role Description
- We are looking for a motivated and results driven Real Estate Agent (Italian, Polish, Spanish, German) to join our award winning brokerage and enjoy commissions of up to 70%, daily pre qualified leads, and powerful in house marketing.
- You will specialize in maximizing sales opportunities in Dubai's fast growing property market.
- The Sales Agent will conduct property viewings, prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate client records, following up on leads, providing market insights, and delivering high quality customer service.
