Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Agent role based in Riyadh.
- The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients to promote and sell real estate properties, delivering exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process.
- Key responsibilities include scheduling and conducting client meetings, providing detailed property presentations, understanding client needs, and negotiating terms to close sales.
- Working in collaboration with the team, the Sales Agent will also participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and gain deeper knowledge of Arkan Property’s portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of clients and build long lasting relationships
- Proven ability in Sales and experience in achieving or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with Insurance concepts related to real estate is a plus
- Willingness to participate in Training sessions to continuously develop professional expertise
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and capable of working in a fast paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
