About the Role
KlimaNext is hiring a German-speaking Sales Agent for inside sales in Dubai. You will call pre-qualified leads who requested quotes for air conditioning systems, answer questions, adjust quotes, and close sales.

- Native level German
- 2 5 years in phone based sales, ideally with considered purchase products in the four figure range
- Track record you can put numbers to
- Already in Dubai or ready to relocate
- English for day to day work internally

What you'll do
- Call people who configured their own system on our website in 60 seconds and received a fixed price PDF quote. No cold calling.
- Answer the questions that stand between interest and decision: unit sizing, installation in a rented flat, running costs in summer.
- Adjust the quote where needed and close on the phone.
- Book the installation slot and hand over cleanly to our partner network.
- Follow up properly in CRM – most deals don't close on call one.
- German working rhythm – start at 10:00 Dubai time.
What you bring
- Native level German – non negotiable for this role.
- 2–5 years in phone based sales, ideally with considered purchase products in the four figure range.
- A track record you can put numbers to.
- The instinct to listen before pitching.
- Already in Dubai or ready to relocate (we handle the visa).
- Technical affinity for split AC systems welcome – we'll teach you the rest.
- English for day to day work internally.
