Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients (property owners and partners)
- Promote Tick Vacation’s holiday home management and rental services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, agents, and investors
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow ups with potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions
- Stay updated on Dubai’s holiday home and short term rental market trends
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (real estate, holiday homes, hospitality, or tourism preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target driven with a positive and proactive attitude
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate or short term rental market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
