Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated, professional, and results driven Sales Agent to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and field visits.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Present company products and services professionally to potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly until successful closure.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while maximizing profitability.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
  • Self motivated with a results oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred, if field sales is required).
