- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and field visits
- Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly until successful closure
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while maximizing profitability

- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update the CRM system regularly

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated with a results oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license (preferred, if field sales is required)
