Requirements

- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Real Estate in Dubai
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships effectively
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market
- Self motivated and results driven attitude
- Fluency in Arabic is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Property Consultant Russian Speaker located in Dubai.
- The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining client relationships.
- Responsibilities include sourcing and promoting property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and staying updated on market trends to provide clients with expert advice and insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in secondary properties
- At least with 6 to 1 year of Experience in Real Estate in Dubai
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships effectively
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market
- Self motivated and results driven attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
