We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Aftersales Advisor who is passionate about cars and thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
If you enjoy building relationships and guiding customers toward the best solutions for their vehicles, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Create a seamless and memorable post-service experience for every customer
Advise clients on premium services like PPF, ceramic coating, detailing packages, and interior customization
Build lasting customer relationships and drive repeat business
Handle follow-ups, feedback, and customer inquiries with professionalism
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
What We’re Looking For
UAE experience in automotive sales, service advisory, or aftersales roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to handle customer inquiries while delivering an exceptional client experience
A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
