Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding luxury customer experience throughout the entire sales journey.
- Welcome and assist clients, identifying their needs and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with VIP clients, collectors, interior designers, architects, and high net worth individuals.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall team performance.
- Promote Venini's heritage, craftsmanship, collections, and bespoke services.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation in accordance with brand standards.
- Support inventory management, stock organization, and daily boutique operations.
- Handle after sales service requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably within luxury home décor, design, art, jewelry, watches, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Excellent sales and relationship building skills.
- Strong passion for luxury, craftsmanship, art, and Italian design.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic, Italian, Russian, French, or Mandarin are a strong advantage.
- Professional appearance and excellent presentation skills.
