Sales Advisor And Associate Director
LMJ Capital Real Estate is a leading brokerage in Dubai, known for delivering exceptional real estate services across the UAE.

We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and experienced Sales Advisor and Associate Director to join our team.

THIS IS A COMMISSION-BASED POSITION WITH AN ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION PERCENTAGE (No Basic Salary)
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Team player with a professional presentation
