Create an outstanding customer experience as a Sales Advisor at H&M.
Welcome customers, guide them through the store, and support them in finding what they need.
Showcase products and contribute to individual and company success in line with H&M values.
Core Responsibilities
- Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
- Collaborate with the store team to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
- Keep the sales floor and back of house well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
- Support store opening and closing activities.
- Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
Who You Are
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or a similar field.
- Passion for fashion, exceptional in-store service, product promotion, and sales.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative and dynamic environments.
- Communicative, creative, curious about store technology, and eager to learn and develop.
- Flexible and action-oriented approach.
