Role Overview
Create an outstanding customer experience in the H&M store.
Welcome customers, guide them through the store, showcase products, and support sales and store operations.
What You Will Do
- Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
- Keep the sales floor and back of house well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
- Support store opening and closing activities.
- Represent yourself and the brand positively during customer interactions.
Who You Are
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or a similar field.
- Passion for fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
- Ability to promote products and contribute to sales.
- Comfort working in collaborative and dynamic environments.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity about store technology, and eagerness to learn.
- Flexible and action oriented.
Store Team
The Sales Advisor works as part of the Store Team and collaborates with the wider Area Team across stores.
