Responsibilities
- Manage and track internal sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Issue invoices and follow up on payments with customers to ensure timely collections
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and cross functional teams, including Finance, Logistics, and Production, to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain, update, and monitor records and documentation for key customer accounts
- Prepare, review, and coordinate tender documentation in compliance with company and client requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
