Responsibilities
- Process orders, prepare quotations, maintain customer records, and track sales activities in CRM and other internal systems
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments on deliveries and billing
- Ensure accurate documentation of contracts and agreements
- Assist with generating sales reports
- Monitor stock availability for orders
- Follow up on pending payments or approvals
- Organize sales related files, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Admin or in a similar corporate support role
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent organizational and multi tasking skills
- Strong customer focused mindset with proven Customer Service skills
- Hands on experience with Order Processing and Sales support
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as data entry, document management, scheduling, and report preparation
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, UAE

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Administrator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Administrator will support the sales team by processing orders, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and tracking sales activities in CRM and other internal systems. Qualifications
- Strong customer focused mindset with proven Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Hands on experience with Order Processing and Sales support, including preparing quotations, tracking orders, and updating CRM or sales systems.
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as data entry, document management, scheduling, and report preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, UAE, and collaborate effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Previous experience in a sales coordination or sales administration role is preferred; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
