Job Description

  • Administrative duties include organizing files, preparing communications, RRP verification, and adhoc tasks.
  • Buying and selling duties include supplier evaluation, negotiation, handling inquiries, sourcing, and order processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
