About the Role
RYT PARTNERS FZE is seeking a Sales Administrator to handle administrative duties, buying and selling tasks, and supplier coordination. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain files, prepare and distribute internal and external communication
- Perform RRP verification and ensure timely completion of administrative projects
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices and contracts
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process purchase and sales orders
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouse, and logistics for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, suppliers, and customers
- Monitor pricing, stock availability, and profit margins
- Resolve order related issues and provide administrative support to the sales team
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
