About the Role
Canaletto Sky Real Estate is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the back-office team in Dubai. The role involves sales coordination, property listing management, and property administration tasks.

Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with documentation, reservation forms, and SPA coordination
- Organize client data and project related files using CRM and Excel
- Schedule appointments between agents, clients, developers, and authorities
- Track sales progress, payment milestones, and administrative tasks
- Prepare and distribute documents such as POAs, payment plans, and welcome packs
- Communicate professionally with developers, clients, and service providers
- Assist in onboarding new clients and support daily team operations
- Ensure internal deadlines are met and processes are followed consistently
- Create, update, and maintain property listings across portals with accurate pricing and availability
- Coordinate with listing agents and owners to verify property status and refresh listings
- Liaise with landlords and sellers to gather updated documentation for active listings
- Conduct regular audits of live listings to remove sold/rented units and correct outdated information
Requirements
- Prior experience in real estate, administration, or sales support — preferably in the UAE
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- 3 years of Sales Administrator experience in Real Estate (preferred)
