- Provide day to day administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales administration, administrative support, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Role Overview
- We are looking for a detail oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Qatar. Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth execution of daily sales activities.
Tasks and Activities
- Provide day to day administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders

Qualifications & Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
