Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end client onboarding process and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and ongoing support
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and long term engagement
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
- Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and client information within CRM systems
- Track key customer success metrics and provide operational reporting
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative support activities
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies
- Support cross functional teams with customer communications and project coordination
- Assist clients with application, onboarding, and documentation processes while ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer service
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in immigration services, migration consulting, immigration law, legal support, business development, or sales
- Experience working within an immigration law firm, migration consultancy, or investor migration organization is highly preferred
- Experience with Investment Visas, Golden Visas, Business Migration, Entrepreneur Visas, or Investor Immigration programs is a strong advantage
- Exposure to New Zealand immigration matters is highly desirable
- Experience working with clients from Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, UAE, or similar international markets is advantageous
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Teams

- The ideal candidate will have a strong customer first mindset, experience managing client relationships end to end, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications
