Role overview
Support the General Manager with day-to-day sales backend and administrative activities.
The role supports sales operations from the backend and does not involve direct field sales.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and draft sales quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Assist the General Manager with sales-related documentation and correspondence.
- Maintain customer records, quotations, and sales documents.
- Prepare basic sales reports, presentations, and supporting documents for General Manager customers.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding customer receivables and requirements.
- Handle other sales administration tasks assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Fresh candidates or candidates with UAE, HORECA, or F&B industry experience may be considered.
- Relevant UAE, HORECA, or F&B industry experience is advantageous.
