About the Role
Deniz Properties LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration and Coordination Executive.
The role supports the existing Sales Administration team in a fast-paced real estate development environment.
Employment and Location
- The position is full-time and based in Dubai, UAE.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Work location is in person.
Sales Administration and Documentation
- Prepare, review, organize, and track sales-related documents.
- Maintain records for bookings, reservation forms, offer letters, sales agreements, payment plans, and client documentation.
- Verify required documents and approvals before processing sales transactions, discounts, commissions, or special commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Care, and Management on documentation and administrative requirements.
- Maintain trackers and follow up on missing documents, signatures, payments, and confirmations.
Broker and Agency Coordination
- Manage broker and agency registration and maintain an updated database of approved agencies and brokers.
