YIGO Group is a Dubai-based property developer.
Location
- The role is based in Dubai.
- Work is performed in person.
Salary
- Salary is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
- The package includes an employment visa, paid annual leave, and an annual performance bonus.
What You Will Do
- Prepare project Sale and Purchase Agreement documentation.
- Review booking forms and sales offers against company policy, project price lists, and Dubai property transaction requirements.
- Return non-compliant submissions with clear corrections and follow through until resolved.
- Verify sales data against agency terms and commission rates.
- Audit every commission line, prepare settlement schedules for approval, and maintain the commission ledger.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for agency partners.
- Circulate sales policies, project materials, and submission standards, support brokers, and coordinate with Sales and Finance.
What We Are Looking For
- Back-office experience with a Dubai property developer or brokerage.
- Familiarity with SPA, booking, sales offer, and commission settlement processes.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, with English used as a working language.
