Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain files
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communication, including emails and reports
- Perform RRP Verification
- Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and price
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers
- Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations
- Source products and obtain quotations from suppliers
- Compare prices, negotiate costs, discounts, and delivery terms
- Process purchase orders and sales orders
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouse, and logistics for timely delivery
- Follow up on orders from inquiry to completion
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, suppliers, and customers

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Administrative Duties
- Organize and maintain files.

- Ensure timely completion of administrative projects and tasks.
- Adhoc tasks.
Buying and Selling Duties
- Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and price.
- Evaluate suppliers, products, and prices to make optimal purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Source products and obtain quotations from suppliers.
- Compare prices, negotiate costs, discounts, and delivery terms.
- Process purchase orders and sales orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on orders from inquiry to completion.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, suppliers, and customers.
- Monitor pricing, stock availability, and profit margins.
- Resolve order related issues and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
