Please note this is a temporary position.
The Sales and Admin Coordinator handles the day-to-day movement of sales & products for Elaf Rubber.
This includes managing sales, logistics, coordinating shipments, and ensuring our business operations are running smoothly.
You will also handle all related paperwork and provide general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
**Sales Ops support**: Creation of quotes, invoices and followups
**Logistics & Shipping**: Manage all imports and product dispatches.
Work with shipping agents to arrange transportation and track shipments.
**Inventory Management**: Oversee and manage stock levels in our warehouse and with third-party partners.
**Administration**: Handle all documentation for shipping and logistics.
Provide administrative support to the team.
**Communication**: Coordinate with customers, shipping agents, and warehouse operators to ensure smooth operations.
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
