Baitshook is looking for a dynamic and technically knowledgeable *Sales / Account Manager* to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.
We’re seeking someone who not only excels in sales and client relationship management, but also understands technical terminology and has previous experience working in the tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts while building long-term relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Develop positive relationship with clients
- Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on leads, negotiations, and project progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ Experience as Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the technology / IT sector
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Strong understanding of technical and IT-related terminology
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working with software, digital solutions, or technology products/services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment
