Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role involves managing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, driving lead generation, cultivating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and delivering outstanding customer service.
The Sales Account Manager will also develop strategies to meet sales targets, provide product knowledge to clients, and act as a primary point of contact for inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and achieving sales targets
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a sales or account management role is an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and related sales tools is preferred
- Valid Saudi citizenship as required by this role
