Company Description

Role Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with institutional clients and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and promote consulting, research, and training services.
  • Oversee the entire account lifecycle including preparing proposals, negotiating terms, coordinating service delivery, and monitoring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct client meetings, maintain accurate sales records, provide regular reports, and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and customer service skills.
  • Customer satisfaction and communication skills.
  • Lead generation and communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, or institutional partnership development.
  • Ability to work on site in Riyadh and manage multiple accounts.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with CRM proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
